2025/2026 Fiscal Year NPP Claims

For County Departments and outside agencies with formal NPP Budgets:

Claim submission deadlines for FY25/26.  Please submit claims using the Form Submission portal at the bottom of page.

  • Initial Claims - April 1, 2026

All expenses incurred prior to mid-March, shall be submitted on this Initial Claim. All departments and agencies will submit an Initial Claim. 

  • Year End - July 31, 2026

Expenses incurred between the Initial Claim and June 30 shall be submitted on the Year End claim.

Disaster Service Worker Reimbursement / NPP Labor Charges

For County Departments and outside agencies who do not maintain an NPP Budget, please use the below form to request any NPP-related labor costs. 

These reimbursement forms can be submitted anytime during the applicable fiscal year.

Equipment Request

Equipment requests should be received by December 15th for consideration the following FY. In some cases, equipment purchases may be approved for the current FY based on funding availability. All equipment purchases must be approved in advance. For additional information regarding applicable equipment, please see the 2025/2026 Budget Guidance.
